For people such as myself, this past Wikileaks dump, "Vault 7," serves as nothing more than confirmation of what I and many others in the know 'have known' for many years. I say, hands off those who leaked this information! During an Obama administration, we know what would have happened to "whistle blowers," let's see how Trump handles this matter.
First of all the CIA is out of control, and has run amok from its 'mandate.' They are supposed to be spying on foreign government, and those from foreign countries. They are NOT supposed to be spying on American citizens, and I defy anyone to prove me wrong! That is the job of the FBI, and even this is only to be done with specific rules and guidelines that are within the boundary of the US Constitution. So even the FBI cannot (cannot) just decide to 'spy on you' without probably cause. See Bill of Rights (4th amendment, et al).
Whoever these people are who leaked this information, they did the American people a favor! I don't care what branch of the government anyone comes from, Americans do have their rights, and these rights do NOT come from 'government,' but from a 'higher source!'
