Massive Cold Hits Midwest, Heading East

Not sure whether Chicago hit the record for being the 'coldest' New Year. If it didn't, it had to have been very close! It is 'freezing' in Chicago!! Obviously, add that along with the wind-chill factor, and it makes for one nasty weather system.

But being from Chicago, we're used to the frigid cold. Chicago isn't called the 'Windy City' for no reason. So we know a thing or two about 'wind chill factors.' And here in Chicago, it's all about the 'wind chill factor!

With that in mind, and many other cities also experiencing frigid temperatures, I noticed a 'weather guide' that gives you current 'wind chill factors.' Here's the link.

Here's also a 'still photo' of current temperatures taken around 6:25 pm (CT).
