No Conspiracy Theory: U.S. Government Engaged in Weather Modification Since 1953

I posted my thoughts about the fact that our government has been involved in 'weather manipulation' for a long time, in a post several day ago. See my recent posts. Even the History Channel (not known to be partisan) devoted an entire episode from one of their specials, on the topic of 'weather manipulation.'

In this episode, they made it clear that through now declassified CIA documents, they were able to discern that the US government used weather manipulation techniques going back as far as the Vietnam War. It was used in many military operations to help our troops have an advantage over the enemy, causing 'typhoons' to happen.

Other television programs have also exposed this little known fact. Some have claimed this is to 'help prevent global warming.' I don't buy that for a minute!

How is this being done? H.A.A.R.P. which is an acronym that stands for  High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (H.A.A.R.P.) pictured below, is located in Alaska, far away from the public. That is enough to raise suspicion, yet it's not the only machine with such capacities. My understanding is that Russia has its version as well.

In another article I read, the report says the US government has been using this technology since 1953, which pre-dates the time reported by the History Channel, and could potentially have been used in the Korean War, possibly in its infancy. When things of this magnitude are 'declassified,' you can count on their being some 'minor details' that are not 100 percent, correct, by design to throw off the public. 

Quite a lot of the technology behind this monstrosity, is said to have come from technology inspired by none other than Nicola Tesla. Tesla who essentially died 'broke,' (allegedly) is said to have been working on a 'death ray,' using a laser beam which is now believed to be a reality. 

 While based in fiction, research into energy-based weapons inspired by past speculation has contributed to real-life weapons in use by modern militaries sometimes called a sort of "death ray", such as the United States Navy and its Laser Weapon System (LaWS) deployed in mid-2014.^[5][6] Such armaments are technically known as directed-energy weapons.

While H.A.A.R.P. was officially operated by the "military industrial complex" click following link to see address... (something former president Eisenhower 'warned' the American public in his farewell address about), and has 'claimed' that the site is no longer in use, it was under the control of the U.S.A.F. (United States Air Force), it is still very much operational, but as of 2015 under control by the University of Alaska Fairbanks. So don't be fooled thinking its no longer operational, as the government would like you to believe. The fact is, our government uses many US colleges and universities to do much of its 'dirty work,' UCLA, M.I.T. and others come to mind.

Suspicious “Ominous Warning” Issued by the Cable Company, Flased Across my television screen during ‘wee-hours’ of the night.

" I happened to have seen the strangest message, a 'warning' scroll across my television screen yesterday morning during the ‘wee-hours’ of the night (maybe around 3 am?). Anyway, I just happened to have fallen asleep with the TV on, and woke up, shortly after saw that warning. It was so 'ominous looking.' I just stared at it! Then it disappeared, as quickly at it appeared. I immediately grabbed my smart phone, in the hopes it would come back. It did! And I have a 'copy' of this 'ominous warning,' which to this moment I really can't even say just 'what' it was about. What I know and can report, is it said, this was a 'warning...' and it then went on to 'list' a whole bunch of 'states!' Now, I know full well there are 2 'counties' (Cook & Will) in Illinois which were both under a 'blizzard' stand-by. However, this message had absolutely 'nothing' to do with the 'weather.' The list of 'states' were all over the US, no particular order, or under no 'known threats' of any kind that I am aware of, and I use a website 'ROAS?' I think is the name, anyway it shows ALL the states/countries with 'active threats/warning.' So, at the very least, this was bizarre! I wonder how many others had seen that warning. Thank God I had the presence of mind to grab my smart phone and record this message. I can one say easily imagine a day when a message such as this will announce "martial law," or the "collapse of America!" I really want to 'post that video,' but I'm not sure it may be a wise thing to do? I think 1 of 2 things were in play here. !) this may have been a 'test run' for what is to come. And 2) someone just may have inadvertently pressed a 'button' they weren't supposed to. I would tend to go with the latter, as the warning, was 'mysteriously cut-off' before it has even completed with its listing of 'states.' Also, our local cable provider, had just recently installed 'new cable boxes.' It was an 'upgrade.' Yeah, as in 'they can now see and hear us better!'"

The preceding incident occurred during the 'early morning hours,' of Wednesday, February 24th, 2016. I still 'may' post the video of what I saw, but for now I'm going to hold off.
