Dozens of dogs abandoned, left unable to escape as Irma bears down

This story is just sad, pitiful, and flat out disgusting! Yet, after these types of hurricanes and natural disasters, its inevitable to come across such stories. How anyone could do such a thing to an animal, who was once a pet, a 'member' of one's own family is revolting.

I'm one who has provided 'shelter' for stray neighborhood cats, for the past 5 or so years. It all started out as a result of a neighbor who abandoned her pet cat. After she'd moved, I began noticing a cat roaming around the next door house, where it and the owner once lived.

I live up north, and would see this cat more and more to the point it became a daily basis in which this cat would be seen by myself walking around the house it once lived inside. I took pity on the cat realizing it was homeless. I immediately took to the cat, and the cat took to me. I gave it a name, and would feed it daily, and send it off on its way. Little did I know 'it' was a female.

Yet by then I and this new friend of mine bonded, and I took the cat in. Though I couldn't bring her into the home, I made a home for her inside my garage. Being a female, and with other stray cats around, she ended up pregnant, as I'm sure anyone who's been in my position knows- the rest is history. I currently take care of around 25 'homeless,' yet very adorable cats. I've made an outdoor home for them, and make sure they're fully taken care of. Though I cannot afford to have them take care of medically, I was lucky enough to have gotten them at least 'fixed,' to help control their continual breeding.

But those cats are loved and cared for like any family member would be. Even the local village community and police department have 'thanked me' for being of assistance to those innocent cats. The honor has been all mine.

So obviously, being a pet lover it breaks my heart to think anyone could be so 'cruel' and make no mistake about this- it is 'cruel and inhumane' to allow a one time 'indoor pet' to go its own way, and attempt to (if lucky enough) find a new home.

And I am the biggest proponent of 'any anti-cruelty laws!' In the state in which I reside, thankfully animal cruelty is NOT taken lightly. I happen to live in a state which is one of the 'toughest' against animal cruelty, rightfully so.

While I help as much as I do, I always wish I could do so much more! If I could, I would one day love to have a house with a lot of land and provide a huge animal sanctuary for not only cats, but for any animals (four legged preferably, lol) that I could help. In the meantime, I will continue to remain doing all that I can to help any animal in need.

All those who have left their pets and taken off without them, should by law receive the biggest legal punishment allowable by law thrown against them! I can't put into words how cowardly, and low of a person I view anyone who would do such a thing. And in the middle of a storm no less. Those persons need to be thrown into jail. Sorry, no compassion for such morons (and I'm being nice calling them this).

And while 'shelter' may be helpful for temporary purposes, ultimately animals unfortunate to be there for any length of time will be 'euthanized!' Don't believe in 'no kill shelters!' This is why any animal is better off being helped by anyone who is capable of, rather than remaining at an animal shelter.

This is definitely sound advice from the headline. I personally know someone living in Tampa and they have left town!

When we've been having the types of hurricane weather like possibly no time before, you had better pay attention to any warnings you hear.

I don't know whether America has seen its share of these type of severe hurricanes. These hurricanes have developed so quickly, and the wind speeds are as strong as any we've ever seen.

HURRICANE IRMA SEP 7 2017, 2:07 PM ET Hurricane Irma Skirts Puerto Rico, Leaves 1 Million Without Power

First Hurricane Harvey struck Texas. Now another hurricane, this one even stronger and deadlier, Hurricane Irma is currently in the Caribbean, and may again make landfall within the southern states along the Gulf of Mexico.

The tiny US commonwealth of Puerto Rico was grazed Wednesday by Hurricane Irma leaving 1 million people without power. And this on top of the fact Puerto Rico has already been devastated by financial problems, with infrastructure already suffering from its financial problems.

The financial aspect of Puerto Rico has been developing over the past decade. I recall not long ago reading about the possibility of this US commonwealth possibly needing a 'bail-out,' just to maintain itself as a sustainable island nation. Considering the fact of it being a 'commonwealth' rather than an actual state, bailing out the tiny island is already a controversial prospect.

Now the island has been battered, yet not as badly as had been projected. Considering the geographical location of the island, being partially in the Atlantic, and also in the Caribbean, I've always found it interesting how this island has yet to be 'demolished,' considering its proximity to where many of these hurricanes and tropical storms develop.

Also something to note, as stated Puerto Rico is legally considered a commonwealth of the United States. And throughout the years, many have wanted the island to become America's 51st state. While possibly just as many have wanted the island to maintain its current status, and another group, a minority wanting Puerto Rico to become in 'independent nation.'

After all this, its highly doubtful many will still be in the 'independent camp, politically speaking.' Nonetheless, what happens next will not only be complicated, but perhaps even controversial due to this island's status within the United States. While unlike other countries and territories, Puerto Ricans are born American citizens, this will not be an issue of 'refugees,' or 'immigrants,' as Puerto Ricans have the ability to legally travel both into and out of the United States, with most Puerto Ricans actually living outside of the island. Those living in America by in large do have family back on the island though.

Puerto Rico became a US commonwealth as a direct result of the Spanish-American War, from which the slogan, "remember the Maine" resulted from, and from which America witnessed one of its official 'false flag' operation. We know this from now declassified documents and documentaries stating that the Spanish who maintained control over the island, which it had first settled back in the 1500's. Obviously for one strategic reason or another, the U.S. decided it needed to take control over the island nation, and basically align the country with the United States.

One more historical bit of fact, the island of Puerto Rico lies just at the southern edge, or tip of the notorious 'Bermuda Triangle.' I personally had flown to the island as a child at the age of 6, and even at that time was very familiar with the Bermuda Triangle. I recall as though it were yesterday, having been scared 'something' would or could happen during our flight there. These were the days when the now classic show In Search Of, with Leonard Nemoy was playing as a series on television. So I was very familiar with all the planes that had 'mysteriously disappeared' within the infamous area of water known as the Bermuda Triangle.

Puerto Rico also maintains the biggest 'alien telescope' which monitors the shies for any sounds of 'intelligent life,' somewhere out in the galaxy. Its goes by the acronym of SETI. While reports are conflicting as to the status of SETI, it had been officially run by the United States, under one branch or another. It's also been rumored that the huge telescope is not 'functional.' I've heard reports saying the opposite. I've heard (the last I looked into this) that the US government had indeed given up its official 'use' of the facility, and that a private organization is operating from the location.

It is also rumored that the United States has an 'underground military base,' not far from where SETI is located. These reports have made for some very strange reports. I personally knew a girl (worked with this person) who was a native of the island, and had told me she had as a child heard reports of other children 'disappearing!' And if you think that's strange, you may have also heard of what is called the "Chupacabra." While I cannot recall the translation, it being a Spanish word, the concept is that there is a creature sort of like Bigfoot, but only scarier, because whatever this thing is, it will attack both- animals and even people. While the majority of reports began from Puerto Rico, we now have eye-witness sightings in various parts not only of Puerto Rico, but now in Mexico, and even in the southern and south-western parts of the United States.

Could this be something that was created, possibly even manufactured within an underground 'military base' in Puerto Rico? Whether you believe any of this talk or not, there are many who will 'swear' they have literally seen this creature whether on the island itself, or in any of the aforementioned locations listed above. Animal carcasses have indeed been found along alleged sightings of this 'beast or monster,' you take your pick.

Of course, I went 'somewhat of track' here (couldn't help it, so many interesting stories), hopefully you'll have maybe found something interesting, or worth investigating deeper into. Though my trip to Puerto Rico was many many years ago, I still have vivid memories of the island, and also a fondness for it, and it's people. Perhaps this is why I got 'off script' so to speak. It is a beautiful little island with tons and tons of history. San Juan which is a main tourist attraction was once a military port overlooking the Atlantic. It's also reported by 'paranormal investigation teams,' as being haunted. It has seen its fair share of military campaigns for centuries.

Perhaps the United States 'took over' the island of Puerto Rico due to it being a strategic location. So for me at least I find it sad to hear about the financial struggles this island paradise has gone through, along with the various tropical storms and hurricanes it's endured, and enduring at this moment. Its no wonder the people of the island of Puerto Rico have such a rich culture and its people have pride in their heritage. This is an island which has had its fair share of 'wars, invasions, and military campaigns.'

Nuclear Plants in Irma Path Sparks Fukushima Fears

Seems like so much is going on in the world these days. To be honest, its difficult even keeping track of what all is going on. But, this is what this blog is about, and on top of this, I am a 'one man operation.'

On top of that, just this week my mother has ended up in the hospital, where she currently rests. Needless to say, things have been 'crazy' around here, as I'm having to take care of many things on behalf of my mother.

...it's almost as though should you 'blink,' you may miss a big story, or what may seem insignificant, only because of subtle nuances that many even within the media often miss.  But, the show must go on! So I really appreciate everyone's patience.

As for yet another major hurricane, not having tuned into the news today, or having the time to view the websites that I normally do, I learned in an unusual way that Florida is the next state which is bracing itself for yet another potentially major hurricane.

And unlike Hurricane Harvey, 'Hurricane Irma' is threatening Florida and this is sparking concerns of a possible 'Fukushima' like result, as there are not one, but two 'nuclear reactors' in the path of this hurricane.

Unlike Fukushima however, which experienced incapacitated generators, operators and government employee's are prepared to turn off the entire reactor, should it appear as though Hurricane Irma will be heading directly toward these nuclear reactor's. Now, 'why' would anyone build a nuclear reactor in an area that is prone to hurricane's is beyond me.

But I recall after Fukushima happened, I saw a map of the locations of US nuclear reactors, and where they were built left my mind totally bewildered to say the least! You could not have built these reactors in a worse location, for the most part! Some were located on 'fault lines,' others such as the two in Florida are directly in the path of any potential hurricane that may hit landfall.

Who makes the decisions to locate these reactors and build them where they have? Other's were directly located on known 'tornado paths,' and after what happened in Japan back in 2011, you would think at the least, engineers, and the government would be considering 'moving' these reactors, or at the least advise the residents nearby such sites of what to expect should anything happen. But I've not heard much of any of these measures being incorporated.

Six years have gone by since Fukushima happened, and that area of Japan is still basically in a rebuilding phase of existence. Imagine what could happen should 2 nuclear reactors have an accident, as did Japan's which disabled the reactors generators. It's more than just scary, and the devastation 'financially,' would be unprecedented.

Billionaire Richard Branson is 'refusing to leave Necker Island as Irma threatens to strike!' Oh my, what a brave soul! Guy more than likely is either lying, or probably has an underground bunker to save himself!

And funny how, these people 'never let a good crisis go to waste.' I was just waiting to hear "climate change" mentioned somewhere in the article.

Yes, the 'climate' is changing. In fact its something that where I come from is called, 'weather!' And it's not nice to fool with Mother Nature! 'H.A.A.R.P!'

I highly suggest people familiarize themselves with HAARP! And also with the fact that our government has had the technology to manipulate the weather since at least the Vietnam War, and that has been exposed by the History Channel! And if they acknowledge having used this technology since Vietnam war, that means its been available much earlier than that!

But for those who fall for 'climate change,' or are promoting climate change, know this. Even the Bible written close to 2000 years ago (and that's the New Testament), talks about how 'weather will be an issue!' And so its not about 'left vs right,' or paying for 'carbon credits,' but about understanding the 'signs of the times' in which we find ourselves living in.

Just as Noah had been warned by God about an impending flood that would 'destroy the earth,' and how God told Noah to warn the people, they were too busy living their lives in pleasure that no one listened to, or took heed of Noah's warning...

And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man. -Luke 17:26

...and the rest is history! And scientifically speaking, any historian knows that the earth did indeed go through a catastrophic event, and that the earth had gone through a 'major flood.' Bu people would rather believe in lies and some man-man theories about what and why things are happening.

He answered and said to them, “When it is evening you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red’; 3 and in the morning, ‘It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Hypocrites![a] You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times.

Yes, indeed the weather is 'changing!' That is an undisputable fact! But to claim it's 'climate change,' and worse yet, that its 'due to man,' in other words 'over-population, as some claim, is patently upsurd and false! Andthe the Bible has quite a lot to say about the times in which we now live,

7 So they asked Him, saying, “Teacher, but when will these things be? And what sign will there be when these things are about to take place?”

8 And He said: “Take heed that you not be deceived. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am He,’ and, ‘The time has drawn near.’ Therefore[a] do not go after them.

-Luke 21:7,8 (NKJV)

So don't be fooled! Verse 8 of the quote above says, "therefore do not go after them."  Who is 'them?' Well in one sense, scientists who claim that mankind is responsible for the weather change, and those whom have turned 'climate change' into a quasi-religion, as though paying 'carbon taxes,' is the solution. It's no different than when the Church (Roman Catholic) were charging people for 'indulgences,' which ultimately led to the Protestant Reformation. 

For the record, let me make myself perfectly clear. I do NOT 'deny' that the weather is indeed changing. What I categorically do not agree with is the notion that all of this is caused by 'over-population,' because that is an excuse for population control, which is being done in any number of ways, 'manufactured starvation' (Africa, when many 'warlords' have been busted stealing food meant for their starving people), those who are into our food 'chemicals' which are known to kill off 'sperm count' in men, also thereby helping to reduce the population via back-door channels, and a host of other methods.

So, yes. The weather is changing. But it is 'weather,' and not a man-made manufactured lie to change the way people live, and take control over people. And to 'tax' the very air that we breath.
